A Trusted Partner from Day One
Our team has deep experience with residential housing, having worked at some of the largest single family rental operators and fund managers in the country. We have led the aggregation of thousands of scattered residential investment houses and understand the components required to achieve success at scale.
Along that journey, we have learned the foundational tools used by large operators to efficiently grow their investments in residential housing. We intend to make those tools accessible to the local markets and offer our expertise to be more than just your typical lender.
