We offer five core loan products nationwide: new construction, DSCR rental loans, bridge financing, fix and flip, and build to rent. Loan amounts range from $100K to $5M with leverage up to 90% of total project cost. DSCR rental loans qualify on property cash flow alone, with no personal income documentation required.
